The 270 XT Awning Mk2 sets new benchmarks for a free standing shade awning in terms of overall strength, wind resistance and durability. The 270 XT Awning Mk2 provides an incredible 8sqm (86sqft) of shade around your 4WD for you to set up your camp kitchen, swags or just a shaded seating/chill out area.
The awning is 2.3m / 90.5 inches in length, weighs only 27.8Kg / 61.3lbs and can easily be set up by one person in about 30 seconds and the pack down is just as simple.
The awning is available in either Driver's Side or Passenger's side configurations, please select which version you require from the drop down menu below. We personally prefer the passenger option as it is less obtrusive to the driver getting in and out every time however the awning is above the doors so if you prefer to have the driver's side shaded instead of the passenger side, this works too.
There are 2 Heavy Duty L brackets supplied with the 270 XT Awning Mk2. One fitment bracket must be attached to the stainless steel head stock at the hinged end of the awning no more than 200mm (7 ⁷/₈inch) from the hinged end, The second bracket must be mounted no less than 1.3m (4′ 3″) from the bracket at the hinged end. Please note that depending on the rack use, different mounting hardware/bracketry may be required. Please reach out to us prior to purchase to get feedback on what mounting hardware may be necessary for the rack your truck will be using.
